Draft Master

Every change is yours to accept.

Upload Word documents, type your text or describe a new document. Give directions, then review the result as native Word tracked changes. It also checks a submission against the documents it relies on.

How a lawyer works with it

Step by step.

  1. 1Press New draft. Choose documents, text or a description.
  2. 2Add instruction packages, your own direction and examples.
  3. 3Start. You can leave and come back, and status shows part 3 of 8.
  4. 4Accept or reject each change, or Accept all and then Review flagged.
  5. 5Download Word with track changes, or a clean draft.
  6. 6Give feedback to start the next revision.
What it can do

In the product's own terms.

  • Native tracked changes

It modifies the original Word package instead of rebuilding it. Tables, media, styles, headers and footers remain in the file.

  • Up to 10 documents, one brief

Ordered instruction packages, free-form directions and up to four example or playbook documents.

  • Start from anything

Word documents, your typed text, or a description that becomes a first draft of about 10 pages with [bracketed] placeholders.

  • Other formats

PDF, .doc, .rtf and .odt become Word documents. Scanned PDF pages are read with OCR.

  • Long documents

Revised in parts of about 10 pages, up to 40 parts, and delivered as one tracked revision.

  • Protected content

A change that would break a field, link or comment goes to Manual Word review instead. Footnote marks and simple cross-references stay intact.

  • A meaning guard

Accept all skips changes flagged as changing the meaning. Review flagged shows them one at a time.

  • Fact checks

Compares a submission with up to 20 documents. Five verdicts, from Contradicted to Not checked. Every quote shown is found word for word by code.

What you get
  • A .docx with tracked changes
  • A clean .docx
  • A ZIP of all latest versions
  • A fact-check page with verdicts, quotes and locations
Where the data goes

On a firm's installation, documents go only to the configured inference service, with no cloud fallback.

  • Documents stay on the application server.
  • Model and document content is not written to application logs.
  • Remote folder sync is read-only: nothing on your server is ever changed or deleted.

Straight talk

What it doesnot do.

  • A fact check is no proof that a statement is right, so the page never says No problems found.
  • A first draft is supervised model output, not legal advice: check every clause, fact and reference.
  • The in-app review shows the body text. It is not a paginated Word renderer.
  • Signed, macro-enabled or encrypted documents are not accepted.
